The room was clean and tidy; however the filter needed to be change and the room smelled damp. We ended up putting dryer sheets in the vent to make it smell better but overall great stay.
We loved this hotel! Staff were extremely friendly, rooms were impeccably clean, and breakfast was delicious with many choices. We were also allowed to check out late so our kids could have extra swimming time. Great stay!
Stayed for a quick weekend getaway. Rooms are as expected; same goes for the bathroom. Building is a little dated, but still gets the job done. If you like a cold hotel room, the AC only goes down to 66F. Breakfast was basic - waffles, egg, meat, potatoes, cereal - but delicious. Would stay again.
Decent and okay, not the best, not the worst. Location is handy off the freeway with lots of stores and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Busy area. We had 2 rooms, both were fine, a little musty. Bathrooms a bit small with low ceilings. Pet friendly and was easy to get checked in. Usual breakfast, coffee and bagel got us out the door.
I stopped by the Hampton Inn Columbus West to ask for some info, and Maya was so helpful and kind. She took her time to answer my questions and even pointed me toward some good places to eat nearby. Really great customer service!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The check-in process was smooth, and Maya at the front desk was amazing — very kind, professional, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything clearly. Customer service like this makes a big difference. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
Traveling from Atlanta to west jefferson Ohio took 3 hours longer than planned. Once I arrived at Hampton inn inwas greeted quickly and obtained my room key fast. Room was a comfortable temperature. Didn't really have time to inspect anything else just being so tired so I passed out. When I woke at 5 I went to the gym which appeared to be nice until I tried to use the treadmills. Both of them are in serious need of a service as the belts snag and would cause injury if trying to fast walk or run. I cut my workout short and headed back to my room for a shower. Bathrooms are nice clean and spacious no problem there. As I packed up to depart for home in VA I pulled the bed sheets back and found this stain on the sheets. I had no clue what it wad but I checked my legs and area wondering if it had come from me but I couldn't find anything. Looked kinda gross in person almost like old blood or body fluids. Check out was easy and price was reasonable giving the location.
